Order Cancellation Policy – Snusha Silks

At Snusha Silks, we understand that sometimes plans change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.


When Can You Cancel?

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders that are already dispatched

  • Orders that involve custom stitching or alterations

  • Orders placed during clearance sales, promotions, or with special discounts


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If any processing, transaction, or payment gateway charges have been incurred, they may be deducted from the refund.


How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  2. Mention:

    • Your Order Number

    • Reason for cancellation

Once we verify that the order has not been dispatched, we will confirm and process your cancellation.


Important Note

Snusha Silks reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Unavailability of the product

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Suspected fraud or policy violations

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
