At Snusha Silks, we understand that sometimes plans change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
When Can You Cancel?

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

Orders that are already dispatched

Orders that involve custom stitching or alterations

Orders placed during clearance sales, promotions, or with special discounts
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If any processing, transaction, or payment gateway charges have been incurred, they may be deducted from the refund.
