At Snusha Silks, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return request must be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

The issue must be a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., damage, stitching issue, fabric defect).
Returns are not accepted for:

Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Wrong size ordered by customer

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Clear photographs or videos of the defect

Our team will review and approve eligible requests.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for courier pickup where possible.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only for products with verified manufacturing defects.

If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the defective item and place a new order separately.
